According to 50 Cent, Eminem turned down a $8 million offer to perform at the Qatar World Cup

Eminem is wealthy enough to turn down million-dollar deals. According to 50 Cent, the “Venom” hitmaker turned down a $8 million offer to perform at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The “Power” star/co-executive producer made the revelation when appearing on Real 92.3’s “Big Boy’s Neighborhood”. He stated that he and Eminem were offered $9 million for the gig, and he would gladly take the $1 million cut.
“Because of the Super Bowl, I received an inquiry about the World Cup, and they had a $9 million budget,” Fiddy explained. “I would have taken one, and the other eight would have gone to him.”
Fiddy spoke with Eminem’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, about it. The “Lose Yourself” rapper, on the other hand, was uninterested. “They were like, he’s not going to do it,” the former said. “Perhaps you should do the world’s largest live sporting event as a one-off show.”
However, 50 Cent has another opportunity to collaborate with Em. During the interview, he stated that he is working on a new album with Em and Dr. Dre. “As soon as I said that, I got a text from [Eminem] saying that he had already spoken to Dre and that Dre is in there with some crazy stuff for me to go hear,” he revealed.
“This is my process: I’ll go make something, whatever I can find, the best music I can get my hands on,” he went on. “And when I’m feeling particularly good about it, I bring it up to put pressure on Dre to make me an offer. He’ll have something… He always has something.”
In addition, Fiddy announced that he is developing a TV show based on Eminem’s film “8 Mile” to honor the Detroit emcee’s “legacy.” As he put it, “I’m going to broadcast his ‘8 Mile’… We’re on the move… It’s going to be huge. I don’t have any duds. I’m battering a hundred, battering a hundred.”
